DATA HANDLING

Designed to leave
less behind.

The original PDF is held in memory only while it is parsed and is not retained. A structured result and first-page preview are stored so you can review and export your work.

Protected app access keeps upload and history endpoints out of the public website. Stored results are removed after the configured retention period and can be deleted sooner from the app.

FAQ

Before you upload.

What PDFs are supported?

Text-based bills and receipts work directly. Scanned pages are processed with OCR. The current limit is 20 MB and 30 pages per file.

Does ClearLedger provide accounting advice?

No. It organizes document data. Always review extracted values before using them for accounting, tax, or reimbursement.

Can I delete a parsed receipt?

Yes. Delete any record from the recent documents section. The saved preview is removed with it.
